During my recent stay, the customer service really stood out as they provided me with local restaurant menus and great suggestions, making it easy to explore the area, and I loved that I was so close to the Hoiles-Davis Museum and the beautiful parks nearby for a weekend stroll.

I had a pleasant stay at Surestay Hotel. The room felt cute with a large desk perfect for my needs. Although breakfast options were limited, the staff's friendliness made up for it. A minor issue with seating in common areas didn't overshadow my overall experience.

The room was pretty clean, but the heater was ridiculously loud—sounded like a helicopter! The door was tough to open, which was annoying. On the upside, the bathroom was spotless, and surprisingly, for a smoking room, it smelled nice. I had a few holes in the fitted sheet too, which was odd. Overall, it had a cozy vibe, just needed a bit more attention to detail.

The indoor pool was a life saver after a long drive! The room was comfy, but the bathroom could use a bit more space. Great location near food spots! 😊

The king room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Loved the comfy bed and the flat-screen TV. The indoor swimming pool was warm and perfect after a long drive. Staff were super nice, even gave me a later checkout when I overslept. Great place for a quick rest!

This place shows its age, with separate buildings that require a chilly trek to get to the pool or lobby, especially in winter weather. Some rooms have a musty smell and signs of wear, like stained mattresses and dusty corners, indicating a need for more thorough cleaning and maintenance than what we experienced. Also, the breakfast options were pretty slim, not offering much to fuel up for another day on the road.

The saltwater pool was an absolute delight, especially since the weather was chilly outside! I loved how warm it was. It felt like a little slice of paradise. Plus, the beds in my King Room were super comfy, I slept like a baby!
